To When developing a new application during less than one year man/day, InfoLogic Systems generally uses the Extreme Programming Method.

Extreme Programming (XP) is a set of interactive practices meant to manage the work of a team, optimized for changing needs.

XP associates the development teams and a closer communication with the client It has a strong impact in the organization of a dynamic team. XP is a process called "agile", taking traditional processes one step further, laying emphasis on team work, responsiveness and anticipation of results.

The XP-method is an intensive development, that sends out a new version every week or every 2 weeks.

Extreme Programming is based on four major principles:
 
Communication between developers of the same team: oral communication is preferred, written communication preferably used for reports.
Courage: one has to dare, and also know how to fall back and restore.
The frequent submission to the client of the developments and the analysis of his feedback.
Simplicity: in XP, the easiest method of getting a result is to be used.
